VibeCloud Terms of Use

Introduction
Welcome to VibeCloud! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our music streaming service. By accessing or using our app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.

Account Registration
To use VibeCloud, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Use of the Service
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VibeCloud. You agree not to use the app for illegal activities or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the app.

Content Ownership
All content available on VibeCloud, including the music and playlists, is owned by VibeCloud or our partners. You may stream and download music for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the content is prohibited.

In-App Purchases (IAP)
VibeCloud offers in-app purchases to enhance your experience, such as premium features and ad-free streaming. Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of the purchase. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.

Subscription Plans
VibeCloud offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions may include additional features like offline downloads, unlimited skips, and high-quality streaming. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app and contacting us for account deactivation.

Limitation of Liability
VibeCloud is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall VibeCloud be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of VibeCloud after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
