Welcome to ReImagine. By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. Use of the App

ReImagine provides AI-based interior, exterior, and home design features. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content

a. Your Images

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload.

You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process images solely for generating AI designs.

b. Restrictions

You agree NOT to upload:

Illegal images

Copyrighted material without permission

Hate, violent, or harmful content

Images containing sensitive private information

3. AI Generated Designs

AI-generated results are for visualization purposes only.

Results may not be 100% accurate or structurally feasible.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI visuals.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment or subscription.

All charges are processed via Google Play / Apple App Store.

Refunds follow the store’s refund policy, not ours.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content (UI, icons, features, AI models, branding) belongs to ReImagine.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReImagine is provided “as-is”.
We are not liable for:

Loss of data

Incorrect design output

Device damage

Financial loss caused by using the app

Use is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if:

You misuse the app

Upload prohibited content

Attempt to hack, exploit, or harm our systems

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
