Lumin AI Terms of Use
Welcome to Lumin AI, an innovative application designed to leverage Stability API’s for enhanced user experiences. By accessing or using the Lumin AI app (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures used in connection with the App.
- Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the App.
- Stability API Integration
The App uses Stability API’s to provide its functionalities. Your use of these APIs within the App is subject to Stability API’s terms of service, which can be found here.
- User Content
a. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you create, submit, or share using the App (“User Content”). Lumin AI is not responsible for any User Content.b. Rights and License
By submitting User Content, you grant Lumin AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and Lumin AI’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the App in any media formats and through any media channels.c. Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit User Content that is:- Infringing on any intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- In violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any third party.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Lumin AI. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
- Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lumin AI does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumin AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumin AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
