a. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
b. FoodAI does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the app or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
c. FoodAI does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the app in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

User Content:
a. FoodAI does not collect or store any personal information or chat history. All conversations are processed by OpenAI API and are not saved or accessible to anyone, including the app developers. Any content submitted by the user to OpenAI API is subject to their own privacy policy and terms of use.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The app developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
